Balance Enquiry

You can view the up to date 'Real-Time' balance of your customers' accounts.

Online Statements

PTSB Broker24 provide a range of options for viewing your accounts online:

Mini statement - view your 20 most recent trasactions

Custom statement - view your account over a specific time period with in the past six months, selecting withdrawals only, lodgments only, or all transactions.

Internet Password Change

To ensure that your Internet Password remains secure and private to you, PTSB Broker24 Internet banking allows each user the opportunity to change his/her Internet Password at any time. You can only change the Internet Password once you have logged into the site using your existing Internet Password. You will also be asked to confirm the change.

Email Address Change

PTSB Broker24 also provides you with opportunity to update or change your email address to ensure that you can continue to receive emails about enhancements and changes to the service or marketing information should you so wish.
